SKUA Nature was born as innovative farm in the 2005 named as “Cascina Picus”. It operated on the environmental conservation, ecotourism and popularization projects. It was included in the educational farms of Piedmont and his “Nuphar nursery” (centre of autochthonous aquatic flora propagation) gave it a prestigious encomium by Agricultural and Forestry Policies’ s Ministry in 2007.
In 2008 there was an evolution: the innovative farm Cascina Picus became SKUA Nature, a private company that works in different nature-related fields.
Since then lots of goals has been achieved and SKUA Nature Group has become a point of reference for nature lovers and professionals.
SKUA Nature Group is now a company dedicated to the development of research and outreach activities in the environmental field, at a national and international level. Our aim is to promote Nature conservation through a wide number of activities, as vocational training courses to improve the knowledge about nature management, nature tours to develop a sustainable tourism, popularization events and the creation of Nature Centre to raise public awareness, research projects to involve people in active conservation, and much more.
SKUA Nature is one of the few realities in this field with such a wide scope!
